Hand Cut Oatcake Wedges. Made to a traditional Highland recipe.
For our wheat free customers we eliminated the wheat flour, and for our vegetarian customers (by special request!) made a version without lard. They are made with oatmeal and pinhead oats, and a good amount of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Oats (gluten), water, olive oil, salt, raising agent: bicarbonate of soda.
