Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), sugar, unsalted Scottish butter (milk), corn flour, rice flour, whisky.
Established in 2007 The Isle of Skye Baking Company bakes 12 flavours of shortbread and 8 of oatcakes, as well as gingerbread, biscotti, fruitcake, tablet, artisan breads and a range of jams and chutneys.
