Hand Cut Oatcake Wedges. Made to a traditional Highland recipe. Cumin and Coriander seeds are roasted, crushed, and then blended with the oats, producing a warm but subtle hint of spice. Great with ham or bresola, and delicious with soft mild cheese and chutney.
