We began making our own chutney soon after arriving in the UK more than a decade ago. At the time we were missing one or two things we had grown up with – especially the fruity spicy relishes inherent to our home cooking. We began by trial and error and plenty of tasting, but little did we know that we would eventually be sharing the results with so many people. Chutney, as we make it, accompanies almost anything. It is a sweet, savoury and occasionally spicy relish made with plenty of fruit or veg, distilled white vinegar (suitable for coeliac), sugar, and roasted and ground spices.

Some of the flavours we make are: Rhubarb and red onion, Hot Green Tomato, Mango and Apple, Hot Apple and Cranberry, Banana and Almond, Spiced Plum.
